Established in 2O14 by award-winning romance narrator Andi Arndt, Lyric Audiobooks offers turnkey audiobook production services to select indie romance authors. Why romance? Well, we’ve all come to it in different ways - some of us as narrators, others as readers - but we all agree that romancelandia is a magical place that we just can’t get enough of. If we’re going to have a niche that we produce in, this is the ultimate one, right?

ABOUT US
During this time, Andi’s narration reputation began to gain momentum and she was named one of AudioFile Magazine’s “Best Voices of 2015” in romance. The rise of the indie author in the 2010’s led to rapidly increasing demand for audiobook production services, especially in the romance space, a niche that Andi had already come to know and love as a narrator. Over time, as her own narration schedule filled, she began coordinating production for authors, connecting them with other narrators known for their work in romance. In 2017 Lyric Audiobooks became a SAG-AFTRA producer and its titles began to win notable awards, including an Audie Award for Erotica for its production of Marriage Games by CD Reiss, and the Voice Arts Award for Romance for its production of The Hot One by Lauren Blakely.
Lyric Audiobooks released its first title in 2014, when Andi Arndt co-produced an audiobook version of country music legend Tom T. Hall’s autobiography The Storyteller’s Nashville with musician and writer Peter Cooper and audio engineer Thomm Jutz. The trio went on to produce four more Nashville-connected titles under the Lyric name.

Katie Robinson, Owner & Executive Producer
Katie Robinson has worked in the world of audiobooks for 8+ years. Prior to her work as a producer with Lyric, she was an acquisitions editor and social media manager with a boutique audiobook publisher. In that role, she oversaw the creation of a romance imprint, which is when her love of romance audio truly began. Now, she has produced over 300+ audiobooks, including Audie, Earphone, and SOVAS award-winners. She currently lives in the Niagara region (up in Canada) with her husband and chaotic rescue dog, collecting records, playing D&D, and rewatching Jane Austen adaptations far too many times.
Camia Parker, Business Manager
Camia Parker serves as the Business Manager for Lyric Audiobooks. With a strong corporate background in operations and project management, Camia started her own company to help entrepreneurs and small business owners organize the backend of their businesses and assist them in operating more efficiently. Camia is a people person and enjoys a team environment, striving to make everyone in the organization feel appreciated and valued. Outside of work hours, Camia loves spending time with her husband and fur babies, playing volleyball, and being one with nature, whether it be at the beach or hiking up a mountain.
Kim Gilmour, Producer
Kim Gilmour is one of our rock-star producers. Prior to joining Lyric Audiobooks, Kim amassed 13 years of experience as a project manager for a major New York City-based publisher where she worked on print and digital marketing pieces. Outside of her work with Lyric Audiobooks, Kim is a full time ceramic artist and owner of FisheyeCeramics. She lives in the Hudson Valley in New York with her rescue kitty, and in her spare time loves to go hiking in the Catskill Mountains or sitting on her porch reading.
Brittney Cottingham, Producer
Brittney Cottingham comes to Lyric after spending nearly a decade producing TV news and managing a newsroom. She's fortunate to have found a safe haven in romance audio and the community that came along with it. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Brittney transitioned that admiration into a new passion – working in the romance audio community. Now, Brittney is thrilled to be joining Lyric as a producer. She knows firsthand the joy an author feels hearing their words performed for the first time and is honored to play a part in that magic.
Andi Arndt, Founder
With an extensive background in theatre and public radio, Andi has become one of the most recognized voices in the audiobook industry. To date, she has narrated hundreds of titles in both fiction and non-fiction, over half in romance. Now, Andi is one of the most sought after voices in the audiobook industry, and in 2018 was inducted into the Audible Narrator Hall of Fame. Andi lives in a beautiful home in Michigan, along with her husband and two teenage daughters, now away at school. Andi is still available for romance narration through Lyric and very much involved in the Audio in Color grant program, which she co-founded with Nana Malone.
